Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Applies to: All showroom and in-home consultations. Effective date: 1/1/2025 1) Cancellation Window & Fee You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 12 hours of the scheduled start time incur a $25 cancellation fee. 2) How to Cancel/Reschedule Use the link in your confirmation email/text or contact us at 941-300-2280 or mbhomeservicesllc@gmail.com. Messages are timestamped when received; automated logs determine eligibility for fee-free changes. 3) No-Shows & Late Arrivals No-show (20 minutes past start time without contact) = $25 fee and the appointment may be released. Late arrivals may shorten your session to end on time; the full fee policy still applies. 4) Exceptions (Fee Waiver) We’ll gladly waive the fee for verified emergencies, severe illness, hazardous weather, or company-caused delays (e.g., our team running late). Please notify us as soon as possible. 5) Payment & Authorization By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file or invoice the $25 cancellation fee if the policy applies. Unpaid fees must be settled before rebooking. 6) Repeat Cancellations Two or more late cancellations/no-shows may require prepayment, credit card on file, or manager approval for future bookings. 7) Third-Party/Group Bookings If you booked through a partner or marketplace, their terms may also apply in addition to ours. 8) How We Communicate Changes We’ll confirm any cancellation/reschedule and any fee assessment by email/text. Keep your contact details up to date. 9) Acknowledgment By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge you’ve read and agree to this policy.
